Digital images and printed goods are part of the service contracted. The media provided are sold "as is." You may use this media for personal, non-commercial uses. Rachel Capps Photography retains all rights to use photographs for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable.

Deposit amount (if any) or full balance is due on/before the session date.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

All session fees are non-refundable. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. This retainer guarantees your booking and is applied toward the total cost of the session. The remaining balance is due before the session.

Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. One reschedule is allowed without penalty, subject to photographer availability. Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours notice may require a new retainer to rebook.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances on the photographer’s end (e.g., illness, emergency), all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be issued.
